Just let us know exactly how you want your meat & how much fat you want into your ground chuck. We usually put between 80- 85 percent lean without trimming extra fat off.

Our professional meat cutters cut the meat in away that gives the least amount of waste possible and we use all the choice parts .You can’t get all steaks from your beef so that’s where your ground chuck, stew meat, or cubed steaks come into play. Which make for a nice variety of dinners.
